🚚 Delivery method

• Convenience-store pickup: 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart (Taiwan main island only).

Processing & delivery times

• Processing: orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding the order date and public holidays).
• Delivery: after dispatch, your parcel reaches your chosen store in 1–3 business days.
• Total estimated time: roughly 3–7 business days from order to arrival.

📦 Pickup

• Please collect your parcel within 7 days of it arriving at the store.
• If the parcel is returned because it wasn't collected in time, the round-trip shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
