Requesting a return

Standard catalog goods include pre-order and made-to-order items. Production status alone does not remove rights that apply by law.

To request a return within the applicable period, email [email protected] with your name, order number, and item. A reason or photos may help us handle a defect or damage report, but they are not required to make a statutory cancellation request. Opening an item for inspection or incomplete packaging does not automatically remove rights that apply by law.

Refund method

• Credit card: after the return is confirmed, the refund follows the original card and payment-provider process.
• Convenience-store COD: after the return is confirmed, support provides the next step. Never send bank details through ordinary email.
