Return Policy

🕒 7-day inspection period

Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day inspection period from the day you receive your item (holidays included), during which you can check it meets your expectations. We want you to buy with confidence, so our acceptance of returns within that period is generous.

Not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or made-to-order items (the 7-day inspection period does not apply).

📩 How to request a return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Contact phone number
• The item you'd like to return
• Reason for the return, with photos of the item
• Your refund account details (for convenience-store COD orders): bank or post-office name, branch, account number and account holder name

📦 Return conditions

• Within the 7-day inspection period we're happy to accept returns even if the item has been opened or used, so you can shop with confidence.
• When returning, please include the item and any accessories where possible, and pack it well enough to avoid damage in transit. If the original packaging is no longer intact, that's fine — it does not affect your right to return.
• We'll inspect the return and process your refund promptly once it reaches us.

Returns cannot be accepted when:

• The 7-day inspection period has passed
• The item was custom-made or made to order (the 7-day period does not apply under the Consumer Protection Act)
• The request clearly goes beyond normal inspection — for example repeated, bulk or bad-faith returns

🔁 Return process

1. Contact us
2. We confirm the return is eligible
3. Prepare the item and any accessories to return
4. Give us a pickup time, contact details and address
5. Our courier partner arranges collection

💳 Refunds

• Convenience-store COD (cash on pickup): because you paid cash at the store there is no card to refund, so we refund by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Please send us the bank (or post office) name, branch, account number and account holder name when you request the return. To protect both sides, the account holder should be the person who placed the order.
• Credit card: once the return is confirmed, the amount is refunded to the original card.
• Amount refunded: for returns within the 7-day inspection period we refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping fee. We cover the cost of returning the item, and we deduct no handling, restocking or other fees.
• Timing: under Article 19-2 of the Consumer Protection Act we refund within 15 days of collecting the item or receiving your return. In practice a bank transfer lands in about 2–3 business days.
